Plugin won’t load

    Recently installed plugin, it just stays blank after clicking either settings>meta or “Meta for WordPress is almost ready. To complete your configuration, follow the setup steps.”.

    No AdBlocker, Cache cleared, aswel as tried in “incognito mode”

    WordPress 6.7.2 version, recently reinstalled as well.

    Hello, and thank you for reaching out.

    Can you try disabling the caching plugin(s) temporarily, then remove/re-add/re-connect to the page via the plugin?

    If that doesn’t work, please share the following:

    • Your site’s debug.log (please enable it if it isn’t being generated currently).
    • Your site’s PHP version
    • Are there are any errors being printed in the console?

    Hi @aecheverrys ,

    Just wanted to follow up and check if you are still having issues with the plugin? If so, please try disabling the caching plugin(s) temporarily, then remove/re-add/ the Meta pixel for WordPress plugin.

    If the issue still persists, please share the following:

    • Your site’s debug.log (please enable it if it isn’t being generated currently).
    • Your site’s PHP version
    • Are there are any errors being printed in the console?
