I recently updated this plugin on a site I maintain and now the page that contains the shortcode is showing only the shortcode and not the login for the page. I’ve tried disabling everything else to find a conflict but it’s not working either way. I’m not really sure where to start with this and would appreciate any help. Thanks.

Hello,
you’re using another plugin that has the same name as mine. Ask for support in the CodeCanyon site.

Just so you’re aware, updating that plugin via the update link in the admin actually installed your plugin over it. Here’s a screenshot of the details link showing your name instead of the codecanyon author.
