Plugin won’t remove infections

    I have the automatic updates and core changes but I check them anyway. Then I run the scan. The plugin shows infected files, but when I push the button to automatically remove them nothing happens.

    (I have tried doing it before there is a long list and sometimes that helps remove the first few infections but then the rest remain)
    so if I do it when there are only a few found pages it seems to work, but the plugin is finding a lot of pages, it won’t delete a lot of pages.

    because it is not getting the entire virus I think it is just spreading out over the site again

    Can you send a screenshot of the attempt to fix that fails? It should say something like “Fixed 125 of 1946 threats”, then you should be able to click the fix but agian and it fixes more of them again… repeat until all are clean (without having to restart the scan). But I’m not sure that is how it’s working for you based on your description.
