Can you see any errors in the PHP logs or in the scan log?
Also could you please:
- Go to the Wordfence Tools page
- Click the Diagnostics tab
- Hit the Send Report by Email button
- Send the report to yann[at]wordfence[dot]com

The email you sent is the activity summary; please follow the aforementioned steps in order to send the Diagnostics report.
i do not see a button to send diagnostic report

The Diagnostics report shows several connectivity issues (you can see them in the Connectivity section of the Wordfence –> Tools –> Diagnostics page)
Please make sure your server can connect to our servers and to itself; your hosting provider should be able to assist you.
Also it appears that your site is running on LiteSpeed (see the “Server API” parameter on the “Wordfence System Info” page) therefore you’ll need to follow these instructions.
In order to view the Wordfence System Info page:
- Go to the Wordfence Tools page
- Click the Diagnostics tab
- In the Other Tests section (bottom of the page), click the link that reads “Click to view your system’s configuration in a new window“
