Plugin wont show up?

Hey there,
Im a total wp noobie. I installed your plugin through the dashboard, it was installed successfully and activated. Maybe Im an idiot but it doesn’t show up on my sidebar at all. Is it supposed to? I guess my question is that if it doesnt show up on the sidebar (like other plugins) how do I create a tile page?

I have accessed my website through FTP and have tried uninstalling and installing it that way also. But im just so confused as to if its installed or not.

It must be noted that under “settings” i do see something for wp tiles.
