Plugin won’t update

    I have tried to update MailPoet on one of my websites and install in another and get the same error

    “An error occurred while updating MailPoet: Could not copy file. mailpoet/vendor-prefixed/doctrine/orm/lib/Doctrine/ORM/Persisters/Entity/EntityPersister.php”

    I had several plugins to update today and all of the rest updated fine. The error only happens with MailPoet

    When I tried to do a fresh install on a different wordpress website I got an error for 75 files all from the vendor-prefixed folder. I also tried FTP and plugin crashed my wordpress and wouldn’t run.

    Could use some suggestions

    • A screenshot of the MailPoet > Help > System Status page. Please ensure to capture the whole page or make several screenshots.
    • Copy and paste the information from MailPoet > Help > System Info.

    Please feel free to remove any personally identifying information/licence information.
