Plugin won't update or send emails

    Hello,
    My plugin doesn’t seem to be working. I’ve tried to update the plugin with no success. It won’t let me update to the current version.

    In addition, the plugin does not currently send out any emails. The templates are in place and active. The plugin tracks the abandoned carts, but doesn’t generate any emails.

    What do I do? I need help for my Black Friday surge!!

    I have a license key if you need it.

    Please reply asap.

    Hi chetnapatel,

    I’m completing a support ticket at tychsoftwares.uservoice.com. I am running Abandon Cart Pro version 2.3.3, but it won’t update to 2.4.4. I’m not sure what FTP details you need, so please let me know, and I will provide them.
