plugin wont work on my site?

hi,

i installed this plugin to showcase a product image gallery type thing.

the large image shows but there are no thumbnail images?

can someone help with this, i have the shortcode

[RBXGallery width=300 thumbstyle=bottom thumbsize=100]

i cannot figure out for the life of me why the thumbnails are not showing….

anyone that can make a suggestion would be great
