[Plugin Woocommerce] Cart error

Hi all,
I’m having some problems with my cart page. I have the shortcode on the page but I’m getting this coming up – http://www.flowofcollaroy.com.au/cart/

Also I can’t get it to display the full number of products per page. It’s missing 2.

It also doesn’t seem to group the products by category.
