    Easier to change the order the grid/list toggle button is loaded. Find;

    add_action( 'woocommerce_before_shop_loop', array(&$this, 'gridlist_toggle_button'), 20);

    And increase the number 20 until it moved into the right place. That’s assuming your widget region is hooked in.
