Plugin Woocommerce + Registrer Bbpress

Actually I just past my website online and I can’t install woocommerce : Installation failed: Could not copy file. woocommerce/includes/class-wc-shipping.php

Furthermore, when I try to registrer at my web site with a valid adress I don’t receive mail to create my password…

Can you help me please ?
