[Plugin: WordPress Admin Notepad] possible to use on frontend?

I’m looking for a simple way for my users to take notes while watching a video on the front end of the website.

Is there any way to get this plugin to work where I can display it on the front end? I am not worried about saving the users notes, just want to provide a place for them to type while listening to tutorial videos.
