[Plugin: WordPress Advanced Ticket System] This Plugin is Awesome!

I recently purchased this plugin for our school division to setup a help desk. The installation was simple and easy to configure. I had a couple of changes that I wanted to make and the support was excellent!
My questions were replied to within an hour or so. Definitely a five star rating!!!
