[Plugin: WordPress-Amazon-Associate] Other Contries

Now that Amazon.ES is up and running it would be nice if the plugin supported that

I’ve also noticed that some countries are redirected to particular locations, e.g.

Amazon.DK (denmark) -> amazon.co.uk
Amazon.ch (switzerland) -> amazon.de
Amazon.AT (austria) -> http://www.amazon.de/ref=rd_www_amazon_at/?site-redirect=at – A special Austrian page on the Germany site

It might be nice if the geolocation code also did these switches if it locates these particular countries. There might be other countries that have particular portals?
