[Plugin: WordPress Automatic upgrade] Error copying new upgrade files

The whole plugin process completes as if it upgrades but when I look in the log it is unable to copy over the new installation files. Which I beilive is becuase the path it is trying to use.

It seems to have added a // after www// which is incorrect right?
Here are some logs;

Any clue on how to fix this?
