[Plugin: WordPress Backup to Dropbox] explain this please

    in the FAQ i find this:
    “The backup is executed using WordPress’ scheduling system that, unlike a cron job, kicks of tasks the next time your blog is accessed after the scheduled time.”

    does this mean i have to log in every time i want it to run a backup?
    or does it count visitors to domain.com where my wp installation is?

    Any visit to your blog will kick off the cron. It is done behind the scenes asynchronously without affecting the visitor.
