    Do you have anything selected in the file exclude widget?

    No.
    Now I have excluded all the folders and files except two. And … it worked. So I’ve unlocked in the next step more files. And it worked well. Apart from the folders.

    Great to hear its working. A backup can take quite some time to complete.

    What version of WordPress and PHP are you using?

    I’m sorry to have to disappoint you, because of my poor English knowledge.
    It’s still not working. The plugin still do not save folders.
    The WP version is 3.4.1 and PHP version 5.2.12-nmm4

    additional question: Where will be saved the SQL database?
