[Plugin: WordPress Backup to Dropbox] The backup never ends

    I did the try the plugin earlier (version 1.2) and it worked perfectly.

    I tried the plugin on a new website with the new version (version 1.3) and started a manual backup. The backup is not ending. There is a message

    17:18:12 : Approximately 151% complete. View uploaded files»

    I fear the backup is not going to finish now!

    When I click on view uploaded files it shows a list of files which look like plausible WordPress installation files.

    Any help would be welcome.

    I would like to add that the backup complete notification was received and it read

    17:24:26 : Approximately 191% complete. View uploaded files»

    My advise to others is that do not panic when the backup shows over 100% wait for the backup to finish. By stopping the backup you might screw up things.

    For me my website is up and everything is working (at least from what I have tested, I will update in case there is stuff that is not working).

    As my blog post said the initial percent complete will be inaccurate because the total is set to 1500 files that is just above a vanilla WordPress installation.

    Once your first backup completes the file count will be updated with that of your blog so the next percentage will be more accurate.

    @michael ooops! my wrong. Should have checked your blog post.

    Okay will let you know in case there are problems with the backup in the future which is unlikely the case thanks.
