[Plugin: WordPress Beta Tester] Minor breakage

while WP dev is in hiatus until 3rd week in Jan, and hence while 3.3 is the only dev line defined
the plugin will happily *UPDATE” you by downloading
either Point release nighties or Bleeding edge nighties
thus updating you from 3.3.1 to 3.3-latest thus undoing the security bug fix of 3.3.1

also the plugin looks slightly stupid at present its config page appears on the tools menu of all sites in a multisite config (theres not tools menu on the network dashboard) surely this should appear elsewhere on the network dashboard possibly the Updates or Plugins or Network Settings menu
