[Plugin: WordPress Form Manager] Form Doesn't load properly when Theme uses ajax

    As much as I love this plugin, it seems not to work with a theme I’m using that uses ajax to produce it’s pages. Is there a way to fix this?

    Also special conditions that I set within the forms doesn’t work due to then nature in which the page gets rendered via ajax. So what ends up happening is that content that’s suppose to be only revealed once an option is selected, instead actual shows ALL of the hidden field values.
