I’ve followed all the examples and writeups, and I know that my form is accepting data, it works when you use the google embed code, but when I try it with this plugin, i get the form displayed and styled, but it will not redirect to the confirmation page and won’t pass any data to the spreadsheet when you hit submit.

Any suggestions?

Can you try this preliminary build of my next update? I worked with a couple of people recently who have servers that have ModSecurity enabled. It causes the exact behavior you are describing. If this new build doesn’t fix the problem, please fill out my Help and Support form and I’ll take a look at it for you.

Glad to hear it. Sounds like ModSecurity might be more common than I would have thought.
