[Plugin: WordPress HTTPS (SSL)] 404 Not Found on Category, Tag and Search pages

After upgrading to 3.1.2, all search result, tag and category pages returned a 404 “Not Found” error.

I reinstalled version 2.0.4 and it works fine. Any ideas?

My theme is Atahualpa 3.7.3

Thanks, great plugin otherwise, but the latest build isn’t working for me.
