This webpage has a redirect loop
Error 310 (net::ERR_TOO_MANY_REDIRECTS): There were too many redirects.

Any page not marked ‘secure post’ creates this error msg.

Update:
After reading this post

I tried adding
define('WPHTTPS_RESET', true);
to wp-config.php

Now the site is working again.
I’ve removed the line from wp-config and the site is still working.
