[Plugin: WordPress Mobile Pack] Switching link not valid

    Both on 3.1.4 and 3.2 I’ve seen the issue where the link for the switch is missing the domain details.

    <a href="http:///?wpmp_switcher=mobile">Switch to our mobile site</a>

    The solution is to enter the domain into the Desktop domains field of the mobile switcher UI. It would be better if the domain was defaulted if this box was blank.
