[Plugin: WordPress Mobile Pack] wpmp_switcher cookie / EU cookie law

In light of the new cookie law coming 2012, was just checking to see what cookies are laid by WP. I notice wpmp_switcher is the only one. Can you advise about it & whether there is a way round it. Users permission has to be gained to plant cookies.
