If I enable domain mapping for a site no pingbacks from one post to another post on the same site are set. Is there any workaround?

After some WordPress debugging I could solve this issue by setting siteurl und home in the site setting to the mapped url.

OLD: http://www.domain.com/blog
NEW: http://blog.domain.com

The blog seems to work with these settings. Previously saved internal links to http://www.domain.com/blog/postid I replaced using Search and Replace plugin by http://blog.domain.com/postid
