[Plugin: WordPress Plugin Framework Reloaded] Warnings are more clear now

Hi,

Due to some confusion our warnings may flare we changed some parts of the readme.txt, and by that some parts of the WP.ORG WPFR info too.

Hope now the message passed to users is more clear.

We hope more savvy developers would like help make it a better plugin.
