[Plugin: WordPress Popular Posts] Show view count with commas

Does anyone know how to output the view count with commas?

For instance, if a post has 154,236 views, the output shows up as 154236 … which doesn’t look good at all.

Visually … it would look so much better if that same number showed up as 29,800, instead of 29800, in my opinion.

Can anyone out there help me with this? This has been bugging me for almost a year now (LOL) and I’m pulling my hair trying to figure this out.
