[Plugin: WordPress SEO by Yoast] Sitemap problems

WordPress version 3.4.2
WordPress SEO version 1.2.8.7

I have a sitemap index file being generated by WordPress SEO at http://www.livinglegends.org.au/sitemap_index.xml

However, not all of the sitemaps are working.

http://www.livinglegends.org.au/category-sitemap.xml generates a 404 error. Google reports the sitemap is HTML.

http://www.livinglegends.org.au/product_type-sitemap.xml seems to do nothing. Google reports a parsing error.

http://www.livinglegends.org.au/product_cat-sitemap.xml generates a 404 error. Google reports the sitemap is HTML.

Does anybody know what might be causing this?
