I know that this is not concerning your build but you can derivate your work in a simple way

“chatting/posting chat messages” would be only for logged users

link(short version) – description – button(broken){if broken button is hit by any_user/logged_user the link and description is removed from the list }

it would be simple bookmarking and sharing feature …

could be usefull and practically you already have everything working

! note to Shout Box .. pls make automated info added to shouts editable so people can turn it of if they wish
