• Yoast is truly made well, but for some reason, my sitemap cant be made or managed by YOAST. Could be a permission problem or plug-in not working well. I have tried so many suggestions on posts and different sites on how to make YOAST menage my sitemaps. **> I contacted Support so many times with only 2 very vague and general replies, and about 1 week apart. So far 3 weeks in my 1 year (52 weeks) subscription (Pro+plugin), but TERRIBLE terrible support with their replies. They must be incredibly busy to answer their “clients”. For sure I am not renewing.

    We can imagine how frustrating it can be when the XML sitemap generated by our plugin returns a 404 error. We apologize for any inconvenience this has caused you.

    Our support team sent you an email yesterday asking you to provide temporary admin access to your website. They’d like to have a close look at your admin panel and investigate this issue further.     Interesting how you guys reply here in 24 hours, but when I submit a ticket your average is 10 days… You guys need to realize that I or people out there are running AD campaigns that cost money, and ppl like me who offer services depend on products like your to work correctly. But having excuses its not exceptional. You are attending to the needs to everyone, not only to the laid-back Eruo market. Every minute counts, every penny counts.. (Especially now days)
    – Its ok, I am still in your 30 day return policy, if I cant make your product work, I will cancel..

    I wanted to add that this Plug-in took me a while to rebuild my host and was permissions that were assigned to the working directory that did not allow YOAST to work properly. Now it works very well.

    I will leave my 3 Stars since response of support team was terrible, but the plugin works. Nick of time before my 30 day return policy, I am keeping it.
