We guess you have tried both our Webapp and the GDPR Cookie Consent plugin. As this is a support forum for our plugin we can provide support here for the plugin alone.
The plugin includes the translation files for all static texts in the UI. You will need to translate the cookie categories, cookie list banner text, and all other dynamic texts in the plugin manually.
The translations are loaded directly from the translation files in ww.wp.xz.cn based on your default site language. You can view the available translation and add missing ones from here. https://translate.ww.wp.xz.cn/projects/wp-plugins/cookie-law-info/.
Click on your language to view the strings. If you find a translation is missing you can add it there. Once you add a new translation, a moderator should approve it.
