[Plugin: WP Banners Lite] IE issue?

On our site – http://www.airdrieonline.com – the banners on the right side on the front page are not showing up in IE 8/9, but works no problem in FF / Chrome.

Would anyone have a suggestion or two how to fix this? It’d be greatly appreciated.

I’m not even sure how one of them showed up – there should be two banners on the right side, not just one.

I’m totally stumped on this.
