    You need to change this:
    wp_register_script(‘wpb-js’, WP_PLUGIN_URL.’/wp-blocks/js/wp-blocks.js’);

    To this:
    wp_register_script(‘wpb-js’, WP_PLUGIN_URL.’/wp-blocks/js/wp-blocks.js’,array(),false,true);

    Inside wp-blocks.php

    It fixed it for me.
