[Plugin: WP-Cleanup] Categories are deleted

I tried to clean up my blog by choosing to delete old revisions, delete unused tags, and delete spam comments. While the unused tags were deleted, my categories were also deleted – all but one. I had to manually go and edit each post and put back the category for them.
