[Plugin: WP Complete Backup] White screen churning

Im getting just a churning white screen with the words WP Complete Back up when I try to run my back up…This has been working for awhile now and has since been giving me this screen. I checked the disk space and I have plenty and I have 32 gig of ram……..how can I troubleshoot this issue
