[Plugin: WP Customer Reviews] Question on comments

I am trying to build a review board where people can make reviews on many products..Initially I wanted to use BB press but I realised it wont be easy making hundreds of categories for each product (any suggestion on this line?). That is when I stumbled on this plugin. I like this plugin a lot. However, am wondering if there is any way visitors can also “reply” or respond to reviews already posted by others? Like the default wordpress one? Also please help me on deciding on the bbpress..
