[Plugin: WP E-Cards] Error

I installed this on a wordpress multisite. I never received a card and after sending I saw the following on the screen:
INSERT INTO wp_2_ft_wpecards ( sender_name , sender_email , recipient_name , recipient_email , image_id , message_text , post_id , card_hash ) VALUES ( ‘phil’ , ‘[email protected]’ , ‘PHIL’ , ‘[email protected]’ , ’26’ , ‘test postcard’ , ’24’ , ‘9scmIi’)

(I changed the e-mail addresses so that they are not visible here.)
