[Plugin: WP E-Commerce Dashboard] CSV Export state field

I am running wp-ecommerce 3.8 and I noticed that the state was not exporting from the normal Store Sales export so I bought the premium WP-e commerce dashboard plugin. After exporting Orders and Order Lines from the Sales Export the State field is empty for all orders.
