[Plugin: WP-Filebase Download Manager] Cannot acitvate Plugin

I cannot activate plugin.

Error: “Fatal error: Cannot redeclare class getid3_exception in …/wp-content/plugins/wp-filebase/extras/getid3/getid3.php on line 1742”

Can anybody help?
All other plugins deactivated but still doesnt work
