[Plugin: WP Float] Does not work when new plugin installed

The plugin worked fine, however when I installed the “Random image gallery with pretty photo zoom” plugin, wp-float stopped working on my home page. It works fine on all other pages (the image floating along the side), however, on the main page it sits in the header.

Is there a way to resolve this because I want both plugins for my site. http://www.slacking.slackerass.com
