[Plugin: WP Login] deprecated calls

debug.log reports 3 issues:
Undefined index: page in …/test/wp-content/plugins/wp-login/wp-login.php has_cap is called with a deprecated argument (‘read’)
has_cap is called with a deprecated argument (‘edit_posts’)
