[Plugin: WP-Members] Translate email

    Hi,
    how can translate the message email content (body and subject) send from the plugin?
    I’ve see the wpmem_email_newreg but is only from body, not subject?
    Into .po files some language have some message like this:
    #~ msgid “New user registration for %s”
    Whot is “~”?
    I’ve got multilingual site, how can i translate all text plugin?
