[Plugin: WP Migrate DB] Nothing Happens After Start

Clicking WP Migrate DB seems to be thinking, for about fifteen seconds, whereupon the activity chaser arrow stops spinning. No file is created that i can find. Nothing downloads, even though I have checked the “Save file to your computer” checkbox. Suggestions?
