I think this is not specific to WPPA but more to your theme.
I also use WEAVER II and I think you need to change some settings in Header Widget Area Widgets under Main Options – Header. The settings and behavior of the header widgets are not always obvious and may require some experimenting.
It also depends on the number of widgets you are using and the space you give each of them.
You can set the width in the slideshow sidebar to auto
Please upgrade to 4.6.7, a lot of layout problems are fixed.

but the sidebar slideshow does not responsive for me in header widget area.
I tested my weaver settings with another slideshows, images, everything works fine with all four (1,2,3 or 4) widgets in header.
I tried the top ten and thumbnail photos widget in my header widget area, and works perfectly (responsive). I have only problem with slideshow widget.
What I am doing wrong? Thank you for help.

It seems like the used place in the header is the same as in container area (500*450px). The image is not responsive while (on the first link) below this is.
