Maybe the photos in the zip are in a subdirectory. That is ok since a recent update (4.4.4).
Go to the top of the Import Photos admin page, select the subdirectory where the photos are and press the Set Source directory button.
You’re correct, the photos are inside the folder. It’s now fixed. Thanks a lot for your help.

Hi,
i am using version 4.5.3 and I have problem importing zip file.
The error message is:
Class ZipArchive doesn’t exist! Verify your php configuration.
In the past I used the previous version without any problem.
Thank you
Go to the Photo Albums -> Settings admin page.
Open Table XII, scroll almost all the way down and look for something like this:
zip
Zip enabled
Extension Version $Id: php_zip.c 313665 2011-07-25 11:42:53Z felipe $
Zip version 1.9.1
Libzip version 0.9.0
If you do not see Zip anabled ask your hosting provider to add zip functionality to the php configuration on the server. (‘–enable-zip’)
Thank you for your answer.
Yours indications are not displayed in Table XII.
The php configuration (info.php) displays these values:
zlib
ZLib Support enabled
Stream Wrapper support compress.zlib://
Stream Filter support zlib.inflate, zlib.deflate
Compiled Version 1.2.3
Linked Version 1.2.3
The web is hosted on a Linux platform.
I’m not sure that I can have two zip libraries on Linux platform.
Cheers
