[Plugin: WP phpBB Bridge] clarification on registered users

I read in the description that users need to exist BEFORE this plugin is enabled. I consistently have new users register every day and it is not possible to me to copy them over to the other database.

Can I combine the other plugin http://ww.wp.xz.cn/extend/plugins/phpbb-single-sign-on/ with this one, because this plugin ports the users over from either side.
