No – it’s breaking the directory rules.
They CANNOT insist on money to remove a link – there should be no link there by default anyway.
It is closed until they stop that.

I didn’t knew about that rule. And I am realy very sorry. We didn’t follow this tactic in order to sale the plugin, but for assistance of that plugin.
Can you please tell me what do I have to do now ? Do I have to remove the versions that requiring the donation for the link removal? Do I have to publish a new version without the back link? What is the process that I have to follow ?

1) Fix the plugin.
2) Upload it via SVN if you can. If not, go to 3.
3) Email plugins[at]ww.wp.xz.cn
