[Plugin: WP-Polls] HTML Editor Poll Button Does'nt Ask For Poll Number

I’m using version 2.6.2 of WP-Polls with WordPress 3.3.1 and I noticed that when using the HTML editor and clicking on the Poll button, I used to get a dialogue box that asked for the poll ID to enter into the post content. That functionality appears to be broken as when I click on the Poll button, nothing happens, and nothing loads. It worked in previous versions of WordPress just fine.
