Hi there,
yes, my plugin is compatible with a multisite environment (network of blogs) and can be ‘network-activated’, as long as your network is small enough (less than 30 blogs already active). This is because the activation process that creates all the tables can take a while and if your network is too big, the PHP script could timeout. You can either increment that timeout limit or reduce the size of your network.

Okay, I have less than 12 blogs so no biggie. PHP timeout limit can be increased too, no problem. My main concern is how much RAM and CPU usage does ur script take (never mind, stats programs usually take a lot of these two things)? Disk space and bandwidth are no problem. 🙂
I tested my plugin once, and the tracker takes about 3 MB of RAM and executes no more than 5 SQL queries. Different story when you want to view your stats, that’s much more CPU/RAM-intensive 🙂
PS: a vote for my plugin would be a nice way to say thank you!
Sure thing. I wud vote if I find ur plugin as nice as you say it to be! 😉
One more question: is version wp-slimstat.2.4.4 compatible with wp (multisite) 3.04? 🙂
Full multisite awareness has been introduced in 2.5, previous versions do not support network activations, you would have to manually activate wp slimstat for each blog 🙂

LOL! Well can I check the stats with my Firefox 3.5.17? If yes then that wud be great 😀
(I really wished u had kept flash though. I prefer flash to js lol)
Well, I like to access my stats from my iPhone, if I had kept Flash, I couldn’t have done that 😉
I see you asked the same question to those who developed Wassup. It would be interesting to see what they say 😉
